November 26, 2008 -- Phillipe Sanchez, center, spent the day weighing hundreds of turkeys, poultry, and other fowl for pricing before their slaughter on the eve of Thanksgiving. Customers got the opportunity to choose the main dish of their feast at the Marzigliano Poultry Market in Union City, Wednesday.
