May 29th, 2008 -- Jersey Journal crime reporter, Mike Conte, waits in a visiting cell in the Hudson County Corrections Center to interview inmate, Hamilton Sanchez, who has been in custody for 3 years for allegedly being one of two men who murdered a family of four.


May 29th, 2008 -- Sanchez listens to Conte's questions during an interview about the fact that Sanchez has not received his day in court even though he has been in jail for nearly three years. Something that goes against the 6th Amendment, "a right to a speedy and public trial."


May 29th, 2008 -- Hamilton Sanchez, held for nearly 3 years without trial for allegedly murdering of a family of four, talks about how his ordeal is more detrimental to his family than to himself during an interview at the Hudson County Corrections Center in Kearny, NJ.


May 29th, 2008 -- Sanchez, cites reasons why he will be acquitted of his charges during an interview at the Hudson County Corrections Center in Kearny, NJ. One major reason is a lack of substantial evidence.


May 29th, 2008 -- Even though Hamilton Sanchez has not had his case heard in court after being in prison for three years, a fact that goes against the 6th Amendment's "right to a speedy public trial," he remains hopeful and says that he will not be beaten down by the system.
